Christine Gioia is absolutely awesome. I really made her work. I toured at least 25 houses and we went into escrow twice. The first house had septic issues and wouldn't pass. Ultimately, she had a feel for what I needed and found the second one for me. The deal was a little hairy and needed a lot of attention with things like leasing back and a solar lease. This deal was the perfect example of why you need a really experienced real estate agent. I wouldn't trust anyone else at this point.
